Terms and Conditions – Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

 

RETURNS

 

To deliver the best-in-class value we do not offer a return policy on any of our products in normal circumstances.

 

• The exception to this rule is in case of physical damage or expiry of any of the products delivered. Where this is the case, we will issue a refund for the items that are delivered with such physical damage or passed their expiry date.

 

• Any errors of delivery such as missing items or wrong items being delivered will warrant proper exchange or return as special cases.

 

As described in these Terms, we do not guarantee the satisfaction of any products sold on our website, so any satisfaction concern such as if the product appearance does not appeal to you or if you find out that a product does not function as advertised by the manufacturer or us then we are not obligated to accept the return of any such items.

 

In accordance with the above-mentioned provisions, for any return related concerns, you must contact us on [info@noorashawqi.com] from your registered email address and provide full details including order ID, names of items that are subject to the complaint, and specific reasons for the return as explained above. We may contact you requiring more details and will correspond back using email or by calling the phone number registered in the order.

 

This return policy is valid for seven days (7days) from order delivery.

 

PICKUP & DELIVERY

 

If a return is warranted then a delivery agent, appointed by us, will contact you to pick up the returned orders and provide replacement if applicable. The contact will be initiated on the phone number registered with us at the time of making the order. Failure to contact you for more than 3 attempts or 48 hours after sending the return confirmation email may result in voiding the return decision and cancelling any committed refunds.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Once you have confirmed payment of your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

 

You have up to twenty-four (24) hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund, after that the order cannot be canceled.

 

 

REFUNDS

           Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

• We do not provide refund and return for any customizable items, and for special orders that are not available in our current stock

REPAIRS & DAMAGES:

 

If you face any issues with the delivery such as damages, missing pieces or broken or faulty products, with no fault of your own and proof that the item has not been worn, you must communicate any concerns to us.

 

Shipment of the damaged, missing pieces or faulty products back to us shall be at your own expense, and we will send it back to you at no additional charge.

 

 

SIX MONTHS WARRANTY:

 

Within the 6 months warranty, we are happy to repair any damages that result from normal wear and tear conditions, including any stones falling out. Please let us know and we will gladly repair it for you at no additional cost. Get in touch with us on and we will take care of it. The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from misuse or neglect.

 

Should you face any issues with the product after the passing of the 6 months period, kindly inform us on [info@nooraShawqi.com] and we will provide you with a repair estimate before you ship it back to us, and we will let you know if it will be possible to fix.

 Shipping the product back to us will be at your own expense unless agreed to otherwise.
